The successful applicant will be a Mac enthusiast preferably with experience in sales and/or the education market. You will join our Education team charged with selling to Schools, Colleges and Local Authorities across the south. Apple Repair Technician - Hove

We pride ourselves on the giving the best service possible to our customers and for this reason we are looking for a full time Repair Technician in our Hove store.

We need an Apple fanatic. Someone with a good technical mind who owns a Mac and would love nothing more than to troubleshoot, repair and upgrade customer's systems.

Job overview

During the course of an average working day Repair Technicians are engaged in a multitude of varying tasks including software and hardware configurations of customer computer systems and repairs to warranty and non-warranty computers.

Key responsibilities include:

Engaging with customers to help and identify issues and make recommendations

Confidently carry out part fittings and repairs on customer computer systems.

Posses a good technical knowledge of the Mac OS for system configurations.

For the successful candidate we offer:

£7.50 per hour rate of pay, plus bonus. OTE £16,800 per annum

We need a full time Apple Sales Advisor. Someone who owns a Mac (don't apply if you don't) and would love nothing more than to talk to people as to why they should buy one.
