Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Please take the time to check the goods you have purchased are correct and the same goods as those listed on any delivery/packing note , invoice or till receipt provided with every sale. Do not open the product packaging or attempt to install any item if you believe it to be incorrect or damaged in any way.

Refunds or replacement goods will only be made available, where the item is returned in the original packaging, no license seal has been broken (software) and the goods are returned to us within 14 days.


Returning unwanted goods

If you have purchased goods from Solutions inc. and wish to return them for a refund, you may do so as long as the items are returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days of the date of purchase. For security reasons we will only refund the original purchaser.

Unfortunately we cannot accept Apple ‘Configuration to Order’  goods back for full refund. These computer systems are built by the manufacturer to your specific requirements. In these situations a re-stocking fee equivalent to 20% of the goods value will be retained.

We will not accept back unwanted goods where the product has become end of line or where a change to the price or specification has occurred since the date of purchase.

Got the wrong item?

Should you receive an incorrect item please contact us immediately (within 14 days). Do not open the goods or deface the packaging. We will replace items with the correct item as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we will not accept any claims for the delivery of wrong goods after the initial 14 day period.


Faulty Goods

If you experience a problem with your computer which is not software related but a fault with the computer hardware, please contact our repair centre or enquire in store.

If you have purchased goods from Solutions inc. which are faulty, we will offer you the option of  a fast track repair.  Where goods develop a fault within 14 days from the date of purchase you may request a full refund.

Before any repair or refund is offered we will need to assess the computer and correctly identify any fault. Therefore goods must be left with us until such time as an assessment can be completed by an authorised Apple Repair Technician.

After the 14 day initial period and for the remainder of the 12 month warranty period we will carry out a warranty repair process to fix any identified hardware fault.
