It is not always possible for our store staff to engage in lengthy support sessions, particularly during busy lunch hours and weekends.

Our store staff are general Mac enthusiasts and each of them is part of an ongoing training programme. They are not dedicated support technicians and do not have all the answers, but they will help out where they can and regularly do.
